Raffle Rules & Regulations – "Soldier Raffle" Campaign 5781 / 2021

1. The instructions of these regulations are final, and render void any other advertisement or publication.

2. Participation in the campaign constitutes full and unequivocal consent to the terms of the regulations.

3. Duration of the campaign: The campaign begins on Sunday, April 18, 2021 / 6 Iyar, 5781 until Monday, May 10, 2021 / 28 Iyar, 5781 ending at 11:59 PM EDT. Chayal el Chayal reserves the right to cancel, extend, shorten or change the duration of the Campaign at its discretion.

4. Orders received after 11:59 pm on Monday, May 10, 2021 / 28 Iyar, 5781 will be considered as donations.

5. The winner of the raffle will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for five people to Israel. Prize is as detailed below:

● The total prize value is up to $7,000 USD, and includes airfare plus accommodation.

● The winner will be given $5,000.00 towards airfares for a family of 5 and $2,000 towards accommodation. Accommodation money can only be used for accommodation expenses incurred throughout the duration of the trip.

● The prize may be exchanged for airline tickets to any other destination. The prize includes up to $1,000 per ticket. for 5 members of one immediate family. If the number of family members is less than 5, the prize will be adjusted accordingly.

● Should the winner choose, the prize may be claimed for $4,500 USD instead of the Israel trip.

6. The prize will be awarded to the winner within 6 weeks of the drawing. Payment may be made in installments

7. The winner will not be entitled to exercise their right to the entire amount immediately upon winning.

8. After the raffle, the name of the winner will be published on Jewish news sites, and sent to all the raffle's participants by email.

9. Raffle may include up to 5,000 participants.
